April is No more to sexual assault month. Please feel free to reblog, retweet, FB or all three.
There is only one way to break the silence and bring this ever growing nightmare to the forefront of the minds of others and that is to SPEAK out in the capacity that we can.

A subject that is near and dear to my heart, as someone who experienced sexual assault, both before and after I was married. I am sending a link to this to my sister.

I’m so so sorry you’ve had to experience this type of betrayal. It is a problem that needs to be addressed. This is “say no to sexual assault month” and I try to post it every day. And thank you for sharing it with your sister.

I write poem and short stories as a hobby, trying forever to chase the perfect poem. Won’t ever happen, but it’s fun. I wish I was a trained journalist. I never went to college. I can’t even figure out of the quotation marks at the end of a sentence comes before or after the period. “before”. or “after.” lol help!

I wish I were a trained journalist too. I have the EXACT same problem with the quotation marks. I have no idea, I just put’ em where they look right. I’m a nurse by profession. Thankfully, no one has ever ripped my stuff to shreds, because they could I’m sure. LOL Sounds like we both need help!
